Hello! I’m Sharon, an interior design consultant and surface pattern designer.

Hello! My name is Sharon, and I am the founder and creative director who calls West Florida home. Sustainability and nature are my inspiration and I love to work with people in an organic and collaborative way!I started loving design when I was a child when my father would bring my sister and i to job sites, this and my love of color and drawing lead me to pursue design, and obtained a bachelor degree in Interior Design. Which was where I found out about sustainable design and knew that was what I wanted to be doing. I created this company in 2021 as a way to finally pursue my own dreams after working for interior design and architecture firms that were not embracing a lifestyle, passion and balance that I wanted more than anything. Other things about me include, my pets (I have three cats), being outdoors as much as possible, going to the beach, singing, and enjoying music, sewing, drawing, painting, photography and writing. I love being creative and knowing that I can help people with my talents and tools I have learned along the way.

The start -

For years before the founding Organique Design, the dream was to work in a studio that would help both people and the planet through thoughtful, aesthetically pleasing interiors. Envisioning a balanced approach that would provide clients with spaces that were as healthy as they were beautiful.

After working with firms that didn't prioritize sustainability or wellness. I recognized a clear need in the industry. Clients deserved access to design that wouldn't force them to choose between their health, their values, and their aesthetic vision.

This realization led to the birth of Organique Design in 2020—a studio committed to proving that beautiful spaces can nurture both the people who inhabit them and the planet we all share.

I’m Sharon, a designer consultant, illustrator and surface pattern designer in the Orlando, Fl area. I love kayaking, walking in nature, gardening, singing at local open-mic nights and my three cats; Noctis, Luna and Serge (named after video game characters :D).

I share my journey on Instagram and Substack. Where I document my creative processes, give insight on sustainable and wellness design, and share wins from projects I’ve worked on.

The approach -

to your project is simple. After listening to your needs, your unique style and budget. I go through my list of sources to see which sustainable materials will work within your budget. Sourcing fabrics, materials and furniture pieces that will reflect you in a balanced way. This and focusing on the wellness aspect of design, by making sure things like color, lighting and air quality are in alignment.

By keeping in touch with each step of the process the hope is to educate you on your design and allow you to be a part of the process. This is a team effort, your dream that I help turn into a reality.

  • Working with Sharon was so easy, from the discovery call to the final design she was so helpful, she gave me wonderful ideas and helped me to pick out the colors that would work best in our house, from counter tops and flooring to wall color. We love our new Kitchen design it gives us so much more space and makes the living area feel bigger.
